1 can apple pie filling ("with cinnamon" is yummy)
4 to 6 pork chops
1-2 boxes Stove Top stuffing, prepared according to directions
Using just a tablespoon of oil, lightly brown chops in skillet.
Spray a 9 by 13 inch pan or baking dish with nonstick spray.
Spread pie filling evenly over bottom of pan.
Arrange pork chops on top of pie filling.
Loosely spoon dressing on top of pork chops.
Cover pan with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
For browned top, uncover for last 15- 30 minutes.
