Breaded Pork Chops

(Dawn Zaruba)

2 eggs
2 T. barbecue sauce
2/3 cup dry bread crumbs
4 t. grated Parmesan
1/2 t. dried oregano
1/4 to 1/2 t. lemon-pepper seasoning
1/4 t. onion salt
4 bone-in pork chops (3/4 inch thick)

Combine eggs and barbecue sauce in a bowl; mix well. In another bowl, combine bread crumbs, cheese, oregano, lemon-pepper and salt. Dip chops in egg mixture, then coat with bread crumb mixture. Place in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until juices run clear.
Yield: 4 servings
