Mix and set aside:
3 Tbls. Mayo
2 Tbls. Sour Cream
3/4 tsp. Chili powder
1/4 tsp. ground Cumin
1 tsp. hot sauce
Mix and mash together coarsely:
1 15-ounce can black beans (rinsed and drained)
3/4 cup Salsa
Spoon equal amounts of the mayo mixture on 4 - 10" flour tortillas, spread to within 1 inch of edges.
Arrange 2 slices of smoked turkey on each tortilla.
Spread bean mixture evenly over turkey.
Top with shredded romaine lettuce or fresh spinach leaves.
Sprinkle with chopped onion and thinly sliced back olives.
Roll up and wrap in plastic, refrigerate up to four hours, or serve immediately with salsa for dipping.
