Burger Grill

Start with 2 pounds of lean ground meat-beef, pork or turkey

Mix in
1) 1 small can chopped green chilies, minced onion, and chopped sun dried tomatoes, top with Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese.

2) ¼ cup prepared pesto, minced onion, chopped sun dried tomatoes, 1 clove crushed garlic and shredded Italian cheese blend.

3) 1 cup of your favorite salsa. 1 beaten egg, ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro,
top with Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese.

4) 1 pound of lean ground meat, 4-oz pkg. crumbled feta cheese, ¼ cup minced red onion, 1 tsp. dried oregano, 1 tsp. lemon juice, garnish with *fresh cucumber sauce.

Terri’s Favorite Burger Blend
1 pound lean ground beef
1 pound of lean ground pork
2 Tblsp. Worcestershire sauce
¼- ½ cup minced onion

Mix all ingredients and form into patties. Grill!

Offer a variety of cheeses and fresh toppings…have fun!

*Fresh Cucumber Sauce
3/4 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
1 tsp. dried dill
1/2 cup grated cucumber
1 Tblsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients; chill.
