Carrot Apricot Bake

1 8-11 oz. pkg. dried apricots, quartered
1 12 oz. can apricot nectar
2 lbs. whole baby carrots, cooked to tender-crisp
¼ cup brown sugar
2 Tblsp. butter
¼ - ½ cup sliced almonds

Soak apricots overnight in nectar.
Mix nectar, apricots, sugar, and carrots in a casserole dish.
Dot with butter and sprinkle with almonds.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes
