2 - 3 ounce boxes of raspberry gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1 - 10 ounce pkg. frozen raspberries
1 cup applesauce
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, add raspberries, stir until dissolved.
Add applesauce. Put in 8 X 10 glass dish and chill until set.
Meanwhile, for the TOPPING! In a small mixing bowl, place:
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup mini-marshmallows
1 cup whipping cream (not whipped!)
Cover and let this sit overnight.
In the morning, whip the cream mixture, spread over jello and refrigerate until time to serve. Adding some pretty seasonal sprinkles is fun!
