Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta Salad

From Point of Grace’s new cookbook, Cooking with Grace

16 oz. box penne pasta
8 oz. bottle of Zesty Italian Dressing
2 large tomatoes, chopped
7 oz. jar of sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
8 oz. crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped

Cook pasta according to package directions, rinse, drain and cool.
Add remaining ingredients and chill for at least 2 hours.

Serves 8-10

Terri’s notes:
A handful of toasted pine nuts or walnuts would be a great addition.
Some chilled, chopped chicken would make it a meal!
