Waldorf Slaw

From the kitchen of Jan Mertz

2 cups chopped Braeburn apple (~1 large apple)
1 cup chopped Bartlett pear (~1 pear)
½ cup raisins
½ cup chopped walnuts
1 (16-ounce) package cabbage/carrot coleslaw mix
a generous handful mini-marshmallows (~1cup)

For dressing, mix:
a ½ cup light Hellman’s mayo
a splash of milk or apple juice
3 tsp. sugar
2-3 Tblsp. of apple cider vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Mix dressing, pour over salad, and toss to coat.
Refrigerate overnight before serving.
