Terri's Favorite Blueberry Muffins

Why have soup, when you can make it a meal with a muffin!

 

 2 cups all-purpose flour
 1/2 cup sugar
 1 tablespoon baking powder
 1/2 teaspoon salt
 1 cup milk
 1 egg, lightly beaten
 1/4 cup melted butter

 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix in milk, egg, and butter; mix just until dry ingredients are moistened. Fold in blueberries. Spoon into greased muffin cups, fill 2/3 full with batter. ( I use mixed berries, and raspberries too.)

Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
