Mocha Cappuccino

2/3 to 3/4 cup instant coffee granules
1 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
1 cup powdered chocolate drink mix (Nestle’s Quick type)
1/2 cup white sugar
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Put the instant coffee into a food processor or blender, and process to a fine powder. (Use the pulse button, it’s easier to keep track of what’s happening)

Combine creamer, chocolate mix, instant coffee, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg, in a large bowl. Stir together until well mixed.

Spoon into 2 - 12 ounce jars or some other air tight container.

To serve: mix 3 tablespoons of powder with 3/4 cup hot water.

Notes:
-Feel free to add the whipped cream and sprinkles!
-It makes a great gift!
-If you don't have a food processor, put it into a large plastic bag, and crush with a rolling pin.

For more chocolate, less coffee....
