1 package pita rounds, try whole wheat!
Olive oil cooking spray
1½ tsps. coarsely ground kosher salt
Sesame seeds, garlic salt, your favorite herbs are all optional.
Cut each pita into 8 wedges and separate the two layers. 16 pieces each.
Arrange in a single layer on ungreased baking sheets.
Spritz with olive oil cooking spray, and sprinkle evenly with salt and seasonings.
Bake at 375° for 7 to 12 minutes or until golden and crisp.
