From the kitchen of Dawn Timmers
2 Tbsp. Canola Oil
2 Tbsp. Water
2/3 C. Light Brown Sugar
10 Cups Popped Popcorn
Salt (to taste)
Combine oil, water and sugar in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium, and simmer 3 minutes.
Toss popcorn with sugar mixture in large bowl.
Sprinkle with salt to taste.
Cool 5 minutes on wax paper then serve.
Store in airtight container.
Dawn writes . . . If you want a lighter coating just use more popcorn.
