1 6 oz. container coconut or Pina Colada yogurt
1 Tblsp. lime juice
1 cup blueberries
1 cup green grapes
1 cup fresh pineapple chucks
2 ripe nectarines, pitted and diced
1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, diced
1 cup strawberry halves
chopped walnuts, optional
shredded coconut, optional
Stir lime juice into yogurt and pour over fruit.
Gently toss fruit to mix.
Sprinkle with chopped walnuts or shredded coconut and chill before serving.
