Apricot Chicken

Enough to feed a family and easy enough for the kids to help prepare!
8 chicken breasts
1 cup Russian salad dressing
1-8 oz. jar apricot jam
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Place chicken breasts in a 13X9" baking dish or pan.
Mix dressing, jam and soup mix.
Pour ½ of mixture over chicken, cover with foil.
Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
Uncover, spread remaining jam mixture over chicken.
Return to oven, uncovered, and bake for 30 minutes longer.

*Note:
Good served over rice.
