Cabbage Roll Casserole

2 pounds ground beef , browned
1 large onion, chopped
1 (29 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 small-medium head of cabbage, chopped
1 cup uncooked white rice
2 cloves of minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoon brown sugar
2 (14 ounce) cans beef broth

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In a large skillet, brown beef over medium high heat. Drain off fat.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all but broth, mix.

Pour into 9x13 inch baking dish.

Pour beef broth over all. Cover with foil.

Bake in the preheated oven, covered, for 1 hour. Stir, replace cover, and bake for another 30 minutes.
