Healthy Chili

From the kitchen of Juli Schuette

10 oz. lean ground turkey or beef
15 oz. can of black beans, rinsed and drained
30 oz. fat free beef broth
56 oz. can tomatoes, diced or stewed, with oregano or garlic
1 cup each – diced onion, celery, and bell pepper
2 cups zucchini
½ cup yellow squash
8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms
1 package McCormick chili seasoning

Brown and drain meat. Put all items in kettle and simmer until veggies are tender.
Feel free to add a bit of your favorite pasta!
