Triple Corn Casserole

In a 2 quart greased, casserole dish, melt
1 stick butter or margarine, (½ cup)

Mix with:
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 cup sour cream
1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
1/4 cup minced onion

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350* for one hour or until golden brown and beginning to ‘set’.

Notes:
-may replace sour cream with 3 beaten eggs and 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
