Vinegar Noodles

1 cup uncooked spiral noodles, cooked according to package directions,
drained, rinsed and cooled.
1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumber
1/4 cup thinly sliced onion
1 ripe tomato, coarsely chopped

dressing:
6 Tblsp. sugar
1/4 cup water
3 Tblsp. vinegar
3/4 tsp. prepared mustard
3/4 tsp. dried parsley
1/4 tsp. each, salt and pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic salt

Mix dressing ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid and shake until well blended.
Pour over veggies and noodles, mix and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes -This cool, refreshing salad is a great side dish for anything grilled.
-The recipe is designed for only 2-3 servings.
