Sweet Pumpkin Dip
From the kitchen of Dianne Simpson
4 cups powdered sugar
Two 8 oz packages reduced fat cream cheese
16 oz can of packed pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
2 teaspoons cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
Combine sugar and cream cheese—beat until well blended. Beat in remaining ingredients. Chill and serve with ginger snap cookies or graham cracker sticks.
