Freeze leftover coffee in ice cube trays and put those in the blender with either pre-mixed or your home made favorite chocolate milk. That’s it…chocolate milk and coffee ice cubes. Blend.
Iced Mocha (my version!)
1½ cups skim milk
1 scoop low-fat vanilla ice cream
a couple generous squeezes of chocolate syrup
1 tsp. instant coffee granules
2 cups ice > or frozen “leftover coffee” ice cubes
* Like flavors? Add a couple Tbls. of carmel syrup, or coconut, or raspberry syrup. All found at coffee stores, your local grocer, and more.
