Ice Cream Cake

*2 - 1/2 gallons of ice cream, slightly softened.
*(1/2 gallon each, of your 2 favorite flavors!)
1 jar of fudge topping . . . or butterscotch, or strawberry?
1 package Oreo cookies

Crush twenty Oreos in the bottom of a spring form pan.
Spread one flavor of ice cream over cookies, press down into cookies slightly.
Pour fudge topping over ice cream. (topping may need to be softened in microwave, but be careful not to let it get too hot.)
Spread second flavor of ice cream over fudge.
Sprinkle with more cookie crumbs, cover and freeze overnight.

Helpful hints - have FUN!
Mix and match flavors of ice cream and fillings for family-favorite combinations.
Add nuts to the fudge layer, or more of the cookie crumbs!
Depending on size of pan, you may have to adjust ingredients.  A 9 or 10 inch pan can accommodate all the ice cream, but may need more cookies.  An 8 inch pan will leave you with a little extra ice cream to taste test!
Don't try to take off the sides of the pan before ice cream has completely firmed up.
