Breakfast Pizza

1 8oz. tube crescent rolls
2 cups shredded or slices of sharp Cheddar or Swiss cheese
½ lb. pork sausage or bacon, fried and drained
vegetables of your choice, chopped into small pieces
2 Tblsp. minced onion, or more to your liking
5 large eggs
1 cup milk

Carefully unroll crescent rolls and pat into lightly greased 9x13 inch pan.
Press seams together. If you unroll these carefully, they come close to fitting right into your pan.

Top crescent rolls with either a single layer of sliced cheese or sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over crust.

Sprinkle with spinach now, if adding spinach.

Beat together milk, onion and eggs. Pour over the top.

Sprinkle with chopped vegetables and meat.

Bake for 30 minutes, on the middle rack, at 350 degrees.
