Leftover Stuffing Quiche

2 1/2 cups leftover stuffing

1½ cups chopped turkey, a little bacon or crumbled sausage
1 cup Swiss or Cheddar cheese, shredded
4 eggs, beaten
½ cup milk
chopped broccoli, minced onion, black olives ( all optional)
salt and pepper to taste

Press stuffing into bottom and up sides of a buttered 9 inch pie plate, as you would for a pie crust. Bake for 7 minutes at 350 degrees.

In a bowl, mix 1 1/2 cups meat, cheese, eggs, milk, and any other favorites you'd like to add. Pour into the baked stuffing crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes more or until the center is set.
If a knife inserted into the center of quiche comes out clean, it's done.

Serve with leftover fruit or salad and cranberries for breakfast, brunch or supper!
