Chicken Mornae

4 chicken breasts cut in half
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. ground ginger

2 cups sliced mushrooms

1/4 cup butter
4 Tblsp. flour (leftover seasoned flour)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
1 cup grated Swiss cheese, plus some cheese to garnish

In a shallow dish or pie plate, mix 1/2 cup flour with the salt, pepper, and ginger.
Dredge all chicken pieces in the seasoned flour and shake off excess.

In a large skillet, melt 1/4 cup butter, and brown chicken pieces on both sides.
Arrange chicken in a Pyrex baking dish or pretty casserole.
Sprinkle chicken with mushrooms and set aside.

In skillet, add another 1/4 cup butter, melt. Stir in 4 Tbsp. of flour until smooth.
Add milk and water, cook and stir until thickened.
Add Swiss cheese and stir until melted.
Pour sauce over the chicken and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
During the last 5 minutes, sprinkle with additional 1/2 cup Swiss cheese for garnish.
