Honey Curry Chicken

1 whole chicken, 3-4 pounds, cut up (or your favorite pieces)
¼ cup butter, melted
¼ cup honey
¼ cup orange juice
2 Tblsp. lemon juice
1 Tblsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. curry powder

Combine all ingredients except the chicken, mix well.

Dip chicken in sauce and place in a 13x9 baking dish, pour remaining sauce over chicken.

Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

Baste, turn chicken pieces, and bake, uncovered for 30 minutes longer.

To thicken sauceset chicken pieces aside and keep warm.
Mix/dissolve 1 tsp. cornstarch in 1 Tblsp. cold water.
Stir cornstarch mixture into juices and heat until bubbly and thick.

Serve over rice.

Notes:
Not a big fan of citrus? Use this combo instead! No need to thicken the sauce.
