1 packet Good Seasons Italian Dressing mix
¼ cup oil
¼ cup vinegar
2 Tblsp. Water
3 Tblsp. honey
Combine all in a zip-lock bag and add 4-6 chicken breast halves.
Marinate in the refrigerator at least 8 hours.
Drain and discard marinade. Grill or broil chicken.
~ Serve with a fresh salad or simmer up some pasta and toss with all your favorite veggies sauteed in olive oil and seasoned with Italian spices!
~ If you're short on time, I use angel hair pasta and add a fresh or frozen mix of veggies to the boiling pasta, about ½ way through.drain it all together and toss with seasonings and olive oil.
~ Leftover chicken is great in a sandwich or thinly sliced over a salad on night #2.
