* No Cranberry Mustard? Mix Cranberry Relish with Spicy Honey Mustard. Not just for this sandwich, could be the next best condiment you discover this summer!
♦ Slice focaccia (to make a large bun).
♦ Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
♦ Split the layers, and warm side by side on a baking sheet, 10- 15 minutes, until warm and edges are slightly crisp.
♦ Immediately, arrange cheese slices over bottom ½ of warm bread.
♦ Add turkey, bacon, tomato, and onion.
♦ Generously spread ‘top’ ½ of bread with cranberry mustard.
♦ Pop on the top, cut into wedges and ENJOY!
